Today we have had two wonderful Harvest Services at our two churches today:

An informal cafe-like service of Sunday Celebration for Harvest at St Mark’s church when our children’s group GLOW led us in out harvest prayers and a more traditional harvest Holy Communion at All Saint’s, where we were delighted to welcome Bishop Mark to lead and preach our service of thanksgiving. At both services we reflected on God’s generousity and grace which helps us to reciprocate to others with cheerfulness and generosity. At each service Harvest gifts were brought by the congregation.

Thank you everyone who brought Harvest gifts which will duly be forwarded to those in need. All fresh goods will go the Salvation Army and tinned etc will St Paul’s Pantry.
