What a wonderful week has just finished in the Parish! It began with Christingle at All Saints on Sunday, then a GLOW Church party (Tuesday), 4 School Carol and Nativity Performances (Tuesday/Wednesday), Edward Bear’s Christmas Party (Wednesday), an SAS Concert (Thursday), and finished with two brilliant Carol Services yesterday: Community Carols at St Mark’s in the morning and then Carols by Candlelight at All Saints in the evening.
All in all we saw about 650 people come into our churches to remember, celebrate, and get ready for Christmas! Take a look at the pictures below to get a feel for how things have gone…
And remember, it’s not over yet! On Saturday 24th we have our crazy family Crib Services — this year with a CHOCOLATE theme – at 3.30pm (All Saints) and 5.30pm (St Mark’s). Everyone is welcome, but it’s especially good for the young and the young-at-heart: come dressed as your favourite nativity character and be ready to join the fun!
